It is a beer produced with an exclusive artisanal method by fermenting together 1/3 of red grape must and 2/3 of barley must. It is a beer aged for a long time in vats before refermentation in the bottle; this process is used to obtain a particular product, in which original aromas and flavors are mixed in a harmonious and elegant way.
