NAME: Preparation based on long-life UHT sweetened non-hydrogenated vegetable fats. INGREDIENTS: Water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats 26.7% (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter), sugar (11%), milk proteins, stabilizers: E420, E463, emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin ( E322), E472b, salt, flavourings, colouring: beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten free. Suitable for people intolerant to gluten. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: For best results, before being whipped, the product should be placed in the refrigerator until it reaches a temperature between 4°C and 6°C. It can be whipped in a planetary mixer, with a cream whipper or with a simple whisk.
